Lorrie designs the Care Language System, motivational voice frameworks, and scenario-based training that help CNAs and care teams reduce burnout, improve communication, and respond skillfully to real-world situations. Her work bridges scheduling, trauma-informed care, and empowerment psychology to help long-term care environments feel more like home for both residents and staff.
